This is the place to write down your prayer requests under “Leave a Reply”. One-liners work best and please no gossip. WordPress requires moderation which means your request must be approved by Pastor Pete prior to appearing. That will take a day. Sometimes the request may have to be shortened because too much information is received. Normally it takes a date, a name, and a short phrase. Your request will not be changed but it may be shortened.
So here’s the deal. You are going to do the work. In order to write your prayer request at the bottom of the list, we are asking you to pray down through the existing list to where you put in your prayer request. It’s like putting your money where your mouth is. So the closer you are to the top the less work you have to do. The prayers don’t have to be long. It may just be mentioning a name or a situation before God — just you and Him. Jesus has no problem with short prayers.
By the way we are praying to the God of the Bible — That’s Christians and Jews. Jesus Christ (New Testament) or Yahweh (Old Testament). What do you have to lose? Give it a shot! Closet Christians who don’t pray aren’t much good to anybody.
Our country has become dependent upon a corrupt government that needs your prayers more than anytime in our history. So here’s your chance!
(2nd Chronicles 7:14) . . . , if my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins, and will heal there land.

Marge is still with us, going into Christmas; please continue to keep her and Elton in your prayers.
12/03/12 – Vicky is in a Care Center now, and seems to be making improvements – please keep praying !
12/03/12 – Mandy has been through the radiation, and is feeling lousy – but waiting to hear if this got all the cancer. She is home now, and has Home Health coming in several times a week to check on her. Thank you for prayers!

12/03/12 – Jessica, a 27 yr. old in Reno, had knee replacement surgery the day before Thanksgiving – please keep her in prayers, because she has to return to work Dec. 6 – isn’t back to “100%,” but she is out of sick leave and cannot take leave without pay.

“Judge Pete” had a T.I.A. (mini-stroke) 12/8, but is to be released from hospital Sunday morning. The power of prayer helped her through all this.
This may take a while to post given the current circumstances. Our beloved pastor, may he rest in peace, Pete Wells, met our Lord Sunday, Dec. 9. Prayers are needed for our church, his families, and His guidance on our next progression.
